Room Packages have been made available:

Room bookings are made directly with CV24. Payment for the full package amount is due at the time of booking. All rooms will require a $150 deposit on check in; these deposits can be paid by cash or credit card pre-authorization directly to the hotel

The price includes the breakfast buffet for the following morning (Friday and Saturday night bookings only). Convention memberships are not included in this package.

Banquet tickets will be $20 this year for the Sunday evening banquet

Room bookings must be made prior to July 1st to ensure capacity. Room package bookings will not be guaranteed if received after July 15th.

Details and Benefits of booking a room package:

1. Includes breakfast the next morning for occupants over 16, additional banquet tickets for occupants between 6 and 16 are $10, under 6 are free.

2. Pay a reduced deposit in cash at check-in. Cash deposits are $150 for room packages in lieu of the standard $250 if booked directly through the hotel.

3. No credit card required when you pay

4. Possible inclusion in a room block (tentative, we will be finalizing the room package bookings in groups of 10 rooms in the hopes of getting rooms booked together
