The Quality Inn is accessible by transit or vehicle, and we will have the entire hotel to Con-Version, with the exception of a Sunday morning meeting that was already booked by another group.   They will be downstairs and all we ask is that our attendees respect their space during the time they have it booked.

The hotel has an exercise room and pool, the restaurant (Monte's Crab Shack - more than seafood though).  Within a three block walk there are a Pizza 73, A&W, Humpty's, Denny's, and a Swiss Chalet.  There is a pub across the street, and there are other dining facilities close-by.  There is a Mac's on McKnight to the west, and a Timmy's to the east (longer walk, vehicle is generally a good idea).  There is also a liquor store that is literally in the parking lot of the hotel.

Guest Room information:

We have finalized negotiations for guest rooms at the hotel!  The rooms will be $99 per night (plus taxes).  Any rooms not booked before September 10, 2010 will be released - we are anticipating that we will not need to release any so we have had all of the rooms booked for only CV26 attendees.

You can book one of two ways - you can call the hotel and book (you will be required to have the credit card the room was booked on, as well as one piece of photo ID with you at check-in), or you can purchase through our store.  If you choose to purchase through the store, you will not be required to have the credit card with you when you check in, but will still require one piece of photo ID.  We are hopeful this will assist many of our members who do not use credit cards. 

Should you choose to not use a credit card at all, you can contact us through admin@con-version.org to book your hotel - we will send you the exact amount for the night(s) you wish, and you can mail a cheque or money order.  This must be done before August 30, 2010.

To book your room directly with the hotel, please call  403-276-3391 - use the group name "Con-Version" and the group code 3022 - you will receive a confirmation number directly from the hotel.
To book through the store, please select the number of nights and continue your purchase through paypal.  Your confirmation will be sent out within a week of your booking and payment clearing.  Please note, ordering through the store will include the Paypal percentage which is an additional 3.13 per night.

We are grateful to the hotel for being so flexible on this, and hope it is a positive change for the members.
